Admission Criteria, Requirements, and Required Supporting Documents
Admission to the MSc “Therapeutic Exercise” is carried out following a publicly announced call for expressions of interest and through an evaluation process based on predetermined criteria. Each year, up to 30 students are admitted, according to a ranking order derived from the total score accumulated by the applicants.
Right to Submit an Application
The following candidates are eligible for admission, following a selection process:
- Graduates of Departments of Physiotherapy (Universities or former Technological Educational Institutes – T.E.I.)
- Graduates of Health Sciences Departments in Greece or equivalent recognized institutions abroad
- Graduates of related academic disciplines (subject to the decision of the selection committee)
Selection Criteria (Scoring-Based Evaluation)
The selection process is based on the following criteria:
- Degree grade
- Knowledge of a foreign language (certified, at least B2 level)
- Second degree qualification (Master’s or PhD, if applicable)
- Scientific activity (publications, conferences, research work)
- Professional experience
- Interview conducted by the members of the selection committee
Applicants are ranked based on their total number of points. Candidates who accumulate at least 60 points are selected. In cases of equal ranking scores, priority is given to the candidate with the higher degree grade.

- Detailed curriculum vitae (CV)
- Copy of degree certificate and academic transcript
- Certificate of foreign language proficiency
- Letters of recommendation (if requested in the call for applications)
- Documentation of professional and research experience
- Photocopy of identification card
- Any other supporting document specified in the respective call for applications
The final selection is ratified by the Department Assembly, following the recommendation of the Selection Committee and the Coordinating Committee of the Postgraduate Study Program.
